This is so excitiiiiiing! The Percy Jackson series opened me to the world of reading, and it's very nostalgic for me to return to the PJ world, especially now that the trio is complete again. Thank you for this Sir!

I'm so glad we're getting season two, even in the current situation. I'm so sad to see multiple shows I love ending too soon... It's a shame execs feel the need to punish creatives for the strikes, instead of being slightly less disgustingly wealthy. And thank you for talking about how hard it is to get things made, even in the best of times. A lot of fans (and a lot of pro authors--honestly!) act like tv/movies are easy and bemoan every little thing they personally didn't like with the attitude of "Why didn't they just--?" Because we sit home and just press "play" we can start to feel like it's as easy to produce what we watch.
Ohhhh The 1st one has been sitting on my class shelf for a while now since my partner bought it for me. I wasn't rushing to read it because I'm not the hugest stand alone fan for this series but now that I know more are coming its about to jump way up my TBR haha
Is there likely to be any novel featuring the goddess Hestia as the main Character.Given the mythology that she was the first to be born by Titaness Rhea and the last to be gourged out of Kronos stomach, little is known about her, her abilities, whether any demigods or heroes are descended from her despite her supposed virginal status.....
After (hopefully) Percy Jackson and the Olympians finishes season 5, the series I want to see most on the big screen is The Heroes of Olympus! I have my fingers crossed🤞🤞🤞someday!!
I have a question Mr. Riordan. What is the order of your series because I getting all your book and I would like to know what order the read them in?

1. Percy Jackson and the Olympians
2. Hero's of Olympus
2. Kane chronicles (I believe same time period of HoO so you can choose)
3. The Chalice of the Gods (PJO bk 6)
4. Trials of apollo
5. Magnus Chase
6. Kane Chronicles (Idk when to read it but I'm pretty sure it is from the same time period as Heros of Olympus.
Rick Riordan, if you see this please correct me if I'm wrong!!

Thanks! I'm currently reading the Trials of Apollo (poor Apollo) (NEXT PART IS A SPOILER IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE TRIALS OF APOLLO, I WARNED YOU!!!) Anyway, when he meets Percy Jackson his mom is 7 months pregnant, so my guess was it was after PJO series but I just wanted to be sure because I'm currently working on getting The Hero's Of Olympus, Magnus Chase, The Sun and Star, ect
Hello, Mr. Riordan I hope you are having a delightful day. I have a quick question about The Chalice Of The Gods I have the book but am I supposed to read The Trials of Apollo before or after? Because I am very confused on the orders recently and I have read all of Percy Jackson and Hero's Of Olympus and I am currently reading Kane Chronicles (which can I say are so amazing I like that we get some humor from Carter and Sadie just like Percy) and I never liked reading but after reading your books I have never stopped reading and I have read about 20 books in about 3 months and they are pretty big books but never mind that, thank you so much for continuing the stories and you inspire me a lot I want to write my own books when I am older.

thank you for all this exciting news!!! i cant wait for both wrath of the triple goddesses and season 2 of the show!! :)
@Alyssia. Chalice of the Gods does come before Trials of Apollo in timeline order, but you can certainly read Trials of Apollo first if you wish, there isn't much crossover
Also if anyone wants a question answered by Rick Riordan you should probably ask him directly on this app. He doesn't seem to answer questions in the comments but he usually answers a bunch of questions every few months or so. If you follow him on Goodreads and pay attention to the app, it will usually tell you "So and so has started answering questions" and you might get lucky and he'll answer yours. But if you have any general questions about the series, most people will be happy to answer them for you

Kanes is older then Magnus BUUT honestly Kanes is entirely stand alone and Magnus has brief moments with Annabelle that don't really connect to Percy in any way so you could read either of those series at any point you wanted too <3 Apollo absolutely must be read (at the very least) behind PJO and Hero's, as Jason and friends are vital to his adventure
@Lia. There are some brief allusions to both Kane chronicles and Magnus Chase in Tower of Nero (5th book Trials of Apollo) that aren't relevant to the plot. But Percy does show up in the 3rd Magnus Chase in a way that is slightly more relevant to the plot. There is also a brief crossover series between Percy Jackson and Kane Chronicles that isn't really necessary to read unless you want more Percy Jackson after all of that reading 😁
I have every single one of Uncle Rick's books! I finally found friends and it helped me through some of the toughest times(continuing T_T) I love lester and nico and everyone else and 'You know you've read too much Percy Jackson when you're convinced you just fortold your math score in your dreams because you just gave your only real gold pendant to Apollo as an offering and you're not even surprised'Rick Riordan
