Third Sunday Craft is a monthly gathering of creative writers who foster support, inspiration, and community. More than just a craft class, Third Sunday Crafts helps you build and maintain your writing practice.

A new focus topic for each session challenges writers to explore and expand their craft. Generative writing prompts encourage growth and learning in exciting new ways. Discover and strengthen your voice by sharing your work within a safe and supportive community. Finally, with the goal of promoting supportive accountability, each session ends with the writer’s intention for the month.

Note that if you sign up for two months at a time, you can take advantage of the following discounts: $62 for two months for members and $74 for two months for non-members.

April: The Art of Dialogue: Examines how, when, and why writers use dialogue, and considers techniques to make it more persuasive. Concepts include direct and indirect dialogue, gestures, pauses, silences, and when to use (and not use) colloquial speech.
