Enjoy craft beer and art throughout downtown at 3rd annual “Crafty Crawl” – KentWired

Main Street Kent and Bell Tower Brewing Company will feature craft beer, a variety of local arts and crafts vendors, and a “Crafty” event in downtown Kent on April 28th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.・Crawl” will be held.

“I love this event and I love connecting with these people. They’re local and they’re creative,” said Bridget Tipton, co-founder of Bell Tower Brewing Company. Told. “This is a great community-building opportunity.”

Bell Tower Brewing Co., MadCap Brew Co. and North Water Brewing Co. will feature craft beer, vendors, live music and food specials.

“We want to raise awareness of the brewery and also support local artists,” said Main Street Kent Executive Director Heather Marasik.

When visitors visit each of the three breweries, they get a Crafty Crawl punch card and enter to win a gift card, Malasic said. Each brewery will be offering his $100 gift card, and Main Street Kent will be offering his $100 Kent e-gift card to use at any of his 30+ businesses downtown.

Bell Tower Brewing Company will feature all kinds of vendors, including pottery, trinkets, knitwear, jewelry, pet supplies and woodworking, Tipton said.

“This year it’s going to be a very busy week because it’s Mother’s Day and the week before Kent University’s graduation ceremony,” Tipton said. “He had two gift purposes in mind when handpicking the vendors.”

Crafty Crawl’s goal is to connect people with the three breweries and local vendors, Tipton said.

“We want people to come out and check out the breweries and do a little shopping,” Marasic said.
