Born well into the โGreat Tearโ he had never set foot on a planet before he came to the human universe, always living amongst the stars on the arks that sheltered his people.
As part of the wider Nederig mission to integrate with humanity he joined the new IGDF psycho-analytical sciences department in 4550, assisting in the practical implementation of dimensional and telekinetic sciences to military applications.
Due to his exceptional telekinetic abilities he was paired with Michelle Lantos in 4552, due to their resonation scores being a nearly identical match and the highest in their class.
Finishing his training in 4557, he joined the IGV Soloveiko as the Resonance Director. With the average life expectancy of a Nederig citizen being 8,500 earth years, Zeltac is very young at only 2,582 (Born 1979 AD).
