I offended one of the staff recently. She occasionally jerked my arms during a range of motion, shouted, and generally acted in nonhelpful manners. After one of these actions, I responded by saying she acts as though she has a dumb demon. She told the director that I called her a dumb demon. When I was approached by the director, I clarified that I had only said that she acted as if she had a dumb demon. I gave many of the examples of her behavior. I did say that she’s just stupid on occasion.
