I’m often saddened by my interactions with people who have limited resources materially or sufficient information. They wander lost and overwhelmed by it all. It’s understandable. I’m working to have suggestions for coping mechanisms and a toolbox of information. Mainly, knowing who to turn to for what is a good start.
