Her little girl isn’t the only one who needs a daddy… or three

The Screaming Eagles MC is back, and I’m super excited! Release day always comes with enough butterflies in my stomach to carry me off, but I really hope you’ll enjoy Havoc, Sledge and Phoenix, three big, dangerous bikers who’ve fallen head over heels for single mom Shelby and her little girl Mia.

Havoc has history with Shelby, but it takes a lot for him to see her as more than like a little sister. Sledge is better at talking with his fists than his words, but when it comes to Shelby, he’s a teddy bear. And Phoenix has a dark background that challenges their relationship, even when he would do anything to keep both Shelby and Mia from harm.

Shelby blushes, and this time when she looks away, I don’t think it’s because I’ve messed up. “You’re sweet, you know that?”

Sweet?

Last night I was pounding someone’s face in, and this morning my laundry skills were put to the test because there was blood all over my clothes. I’ve been called a lot of things, but sweet ain’t one of them. Am I reading this wrong? Is this flirting? It’s so much easier at the club. When someone crawls into my fucking lap and shakes themselves in my face, I know what to do. When Havoc or Phoenix find a girl and we take her back for some fun, I know what to do.

With Shelby? I have no damn clue.

I'm going on pure instinct when I slide my hand behind her neck and lean in, brushing my lips against hers. I keep it light, ready to back off if I've read this all wrong. But her lips are so soft and warm, and for the first time in a long time, I want to know what it’d be like to take my time. To taste and tease and savor.

She makes a small, surprised noise, but doesn't pull away, I deepen the kiss, my tongue exploring her mouth. She tastes like chocolate, rich and creamy. What would it be like to taste all of her? Her hands curl into my shirt, and when I press my body to hers, she moans a little and leans into me, letting me feel the way her softness molds to me.

Her fingers dance across my chest and under the edge of my shirt. They're cool against my skin, and her touch is making me stir to life. I can't remember wanting anyone so damn badly before. Playing around is easy, but this is deeper than that. I wanna devour her.

“Sledge,” Shelby sighs my name when I kiss along her jaw and down to her neck. She's clinging to me, and when my hand skims up her side, she pushes into it. “I shouldn't, but… it's been so long and all of a sudden you three are here and it's making me want things again… I just…”

“Don't think. Just feel.” I tell her, nibbling her neck and stroking her side. “Will you let me take care of you?”

Shelby hesitates, but then she nods.
