Nearing the deadline

May God bless you and keep you; may He make His grace abundantly and copiously cover you and your family and give you His peace. It’s a miraculously marvelous Monday. My day yesterday was phenomenally wonderful. My awesome wife, who lovingly spoils me, visited and brought me lemon pound cake, zucchini bread, and the drinks I concocted of olive oil, walnuts, Garlique, onion powder, etc.

Today, Miracle Man screwed in the paper towel holder and watered my plants. The deliveries I have been looking for came in. I’m all done now except for the plants. I’ll do cherry tomato plants, onions, sage, thyme, and basil. I will begin outside my back window when I finally finish planting what I can inside my room.

I have ALS, but I am not done living. There are loads of things I can get done. This morning I read The 12 Week Year by Brian P Moran and Michael Lennington. The book overview is that the human tendency is to procrastinate but then make a mad rush for the deadline and associated targets or goals. So, instead of doing it once a year, the authors are saying to do it four times a year.

I’m saying we don’t know how long we have, so make a mad push every day for your goal attachment. Make it a great day every day. With a positive attitude, you’ll possibly outlive quite a few people. Don’t count the days make the days count. Mohammad Ali. A will finds a way. Orison Swett Marden. Treasure your relationships, not your possessions. Anthony J. D’Angelo. Simplysaidbysimon, love yourself first and best, and then every other person equally. ALS – Always Loving Savior. Thanks, Vee.
