Be a good listener

Salespeople, master the art of listening: your customers hold the key to closing the deal.

Here’s an important piece of advice for all salespeople:

Talk to your customers for less than 30% of the conversation.

Actively listen to what they’re telling you.

They can reveal everything you need to know and what you need to do if you’re willing to be a good listener.
