The founder and owner of the Telegram social messaging network, Pavel Durov, has acknowledged his interest in launching an IPO to “democratize access to the value” of the company, while revealing that he has rejected purchase offers from some funds for more. of 30,000 million dollars (27,473 million euros) for an app surrounded by great opacity.
