Brief Update About Nothing At All

Monday was a depressing day. Not only was it the day after Mother’s Day (which is easily my favorite day of the year now that I’m a mom. I mean, how many times a year does the most important non-progeny person in your life make it his job to appreciate the heck out of what you’ve dedicated your life to doing?) but I also found out that Baby Girl is breech. If she doesn’t flip between now and July, I’ll have to have a C-section.

BOO.

So yeah, it was kind of rough. Lucky for me I had a whole bunch of leftover lemon cheesecake in the fridge to help me through it. Anyone who says you can’t work out your feelings with a big honking wedge of cream cheesey goodness is lying to you.

Other than that, there’s really nothing to report. I’m kind of boring and preoccupied, which makes me such fascinating company I simply must hide from you to save you from being overwhelmed by everything I have to offer at the moment.
