On the Road Again (and at home) – Your Behavior Matters

There was an article in the San Diego Union-Tribune on Saturday, February 17, 2024, that discussed the behavior of neighbors. One neighbor complained about the noise the other neighbor’s children made when playing in their own backyard during the day.

In such a case what is the parent to do and why is the complaining neighbor complaining? The article did not state what led to the complaint. It recommended that the parent discuss the issue with the complainer to attempt to work things out to the benefit of both parties. The two things the article did strongly urge the parent or someone in the parent’s situation not to do was call the police nor file a lawsuit against the other party.
