That's seven actors cast for the Murderbot series, and I love that the cast is of people of color, including representation of Asian, East Asian, and African heritage. I've read the objections to the white male casting of SecUnit, but for me it was more important that Murderbot be tall (because of all the times that it mentioned in comparison to Mensa) and that the portrayal have depth. The actor for Murderbot has many compliments on his talent and that's important for this to work. It's wonderful to see this tv series coming together and with such thoughtful and keen planning.
