Good morning. I hope everyone had a great Chinese New Year this February and are happily enjoying the first days of spring. Last year I shared with you an excerpt from “The Arban and the Saman” from chapter 4 when Biya arrives in the nuzhen capital of Mukdan in Liaoning. Today I would like to bring you a little further into Biya’s quest, to a fire side encounter with a mysterious lady who seems to appear out of nowhere.
