When you realize that Chinese gangsters, “con centres”, and cyber-slavery are prominent in Myanmar’s underground, and then you see the current political unrest happening there – especially in regard to India’s ‘raise a fence’ reaction to it – dark and dangerous pieces start to connect in your mind.
