Spread Your Wings and Fly by Nonono Yamada

Chikara is a university student working hard on his research for his childhood dream, hoping to someday achieve flight. One night, he witnesses the secret on the back of Satomi, a transfer student with a perfect body and face. The two quickly grow closer, but there is a side to Satomi that Chikara does not know.
