Orange and MásMóvil close the final agreement with the EC for their merger

Orange and MásMóvil have definitively closed the final agreement with the European Commission regarding the merger of both companies in Spain, according to sources familiar with the process told EXPANSIÓN.

The definitive agreement reached fundamentally assumes that the terms of the remedies , the concessions that Orange and MásMóvil undertook to grant to a third party – in this case to the Romanian group Digi – obliged by the Commission, will not be modified.
