The short answer is, I'm afraid, no.
The slightly longer answer is: a mass market release would depend on interest from publishers, and I am very often open to persuasion (a sad lack of persuaders in my life), but I won't be going out of my way to have the collection duplicated for mass market because it is basically a retrospective collection with some rare and unpublished pieces mixed in. My wish is more to see those rare and previously unpublished pieces get a wider circulation in appropriate ways at some point.
