Proof Listening to Audiobooks

 

My audiobook narrator, Steve “Captain” Marvel, has been sending me his audiobook files for Deadly Adversaries, so I’ve been “proof listening”. I’ve requested the chapter files in small batches, because it’s overwhelming to me to see the entire book to proof all at once.

When Word reads me the manuscript, it gives me exactly what’s on the page. The voices have improved, but there’s no attempt on Word’s part to make this an actual book narration. I won’t be surprised if that’s not in the works.
