Unveiling the Creative Dawn: Inside S. A. Crow's Morning Routine for Writing Success

In the fast-paced world of romance suspense writing, authors often find solace and inspiration in establishing a structured morning routine. Join S. A. 6 AM: Rise and Shine

Furry Companions: A.J. and Destiny

You might know from my YouTube videos or Bark Adventures that we have two black Lab. mix puppies named A. J. and Destiny. Once I'm dressed for the day I get out of bed and try to make my bed while the dogs are excited to go outside. The next order of business is letting the dogs out for their morning stroll, connecting with nature, and setting a positive tone for the day, before they get their morning treat.

Tea Time for Inspiration

With the dogs taken care of, I brew her first mug of hot tea. This morning is a London Fog tea drink. Simply Earl Gray, Vanilla syrup, and creamer or milk. I'll be putting this recipe into next year's cookbook along with another favorite drink of mine. The comforting warmth of the tea serves as a catalyst for creativity as I prepare to dive into the world of her characters.

Engaging the Writing Community

As a dedicated member of various writing groups, I actively participate in fostering a sense of community. I post the writing prompt of the day and introduce a new word to enrich the vocabulary of fellow writers, creating an environment that encourages growth and learning.
