By "digital assets," we mean assets thathave no physical existence, other than being stored, listed and traded on a computeror computerized network and which have unique or sui generischaracteristics. Digital assets include crypto currencies, tokens, and digitalcoins. Digital assets also include film, videos and audios. Basically, the common element is thatdigital assets don't exist in physical form, or in the case of crypto, tokens and coins, do not haveintrinsic value other than in one's mind or being listed in the virtual realmof cyber space.
