Carla Diab is quite a jack-of-all-trades, we say!
Not only is she a talented fashion designer, but she also made a name for herself on TV. Additionally, she runs her own business and finds time to do a lot of charity work as well.
Diab has earned various credentials, too, with memberships in the National Society of Leadership and Success and CSU’s National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
And it doesn’t end there.
The Lebanese fashion icon may be most famous for her TV gigs, but it was her determination, grit, and focus that kept her in the spotlight.
It was never about the glitz and glamor for Diab either. She made sure to make a real difference in the world with her fashion line and charity work—which isn’t something you’d expect from a model!

She studied journalism and media, but after graduation, she pursued a career as a fashion designer.
Diab’s passion for fashion and art was obvious from an early age, after all. How, you ask?
Well, at the tender age of 17, she kick started her career in the field of fashion shows and commercial advertising when she first appeared as a model in a Lebanese music video.
Later, Carla entered the television field through LBC, the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation. It’s there she started as a weather girl. Then, in 2001, she presented her first program, “Carla La La.”
With all that, though, Carla’s first breakthrough was the massive music program “Ya Leil Ya Ain,” which she presented with her first husband, Tony Abou Joudeh.
What came next?
In 2005, Carla Diab decided to get into the acting world, and once again, she nailed it.
She participated in a series called “Small Sins”. Five years later, Carla returned to TV through the Lebanese MTV screen to present the Arabic version of Dancing with the Stars for two seasons.
Relationships and FamilyIn October 2004, Carla Diab tied the knot with the Lebanese actor, stand-up comedian, and illustrator Tony Abou Jaoudeh. The couple had one daughter named Lia, who was born in 2009.

Sadly, this seemingly made-in-heaven match wasn’t meant to last.
After 16 years of marriage, the couple decided to end their marriage in June 2020. Quick to recover, Carla got married again to a Lebanese man named “Wael Kassis” in September 2020.
