Tue, 13:28 : I've been nipping books off my daughter's shelf and reading them. Yes, have unfinished books to read, but needed something easy and fun. Tue, 13:29 : I have a Goodreads account, but I seldom remember to list and rate any books I've read. Tue, 13:30 : I can't even begin to count how many historical romance novels I've read. Every visit of my mom, she brings a box or bag full. Tue, 13:31 : After a while, the stories all start sounding similar, and the only thing that makes them worth reading is if the author made it easy/ fun. Tue, 13:32 : Easy/fun as in decent prose, engaging characters. Tue, 13:32 : And the similarity of all these stories is one reason I don't bother rating any on Goodreads.
