I call it a Muddy Creek Muffin, a name from many years ago when I was going to open a bakery (yes, I almost, as in super close, bought one, but then I went to college and another story was born). My menu consisted of a variety of interesting names, many of which I still use when speaking of those recipes. This is a recipe recently unearthed.
