Is the Charles Cullen case "open"?
I'm just putting it out there.
Readers of the book The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder know that we've yet to get a full accounting of Cullen's crimes, and the many questions about what hospital administrator's knew and when they knew it have yet to be answered on the record (or in front of a Grand Jury, as would be appropriate).
So has the Essex County Prosecutors Office reopened the case, or brought anyone in from Cold Case work to find the hundreds of unaccounted-for murders?
Yes. In fact, right after the movie came out, they reopened the investigation....
But political pressure shut it down before the investigators could start.
This is the same old crap and we should not stand for it. I'm trying, but I need your help to get the detectives back on the case, and the hospital administrators who let a serial killer move on and continue to work and kill- but always with neutral or positive references- in front of a Grand Jury.
