Empty Crown
Photo by Harriet B. on Pexels.comMy debut novel: Empty Crown is launching soon (eBook as at 1st Nov 2023) and I am super excited about it (and nervous too). How can’t I not be?! It’s like seeing my little baby grow up and as I equipped my child with everything it needs (characters, compelling plot, etc) to announce it for the world to see.
Anyway as a proud parent, I would like to explain a bit what’s it about.
Empty Crown blur the lines of good and evil, what it seems to be, isn’t what it seems to be. Putting humans and human nature to the test.
Will humans learn from mistake? Would they make a different choice?
Are they really willing to sacrifice?
Are humans selfish?
Is deities/gods really selfless? Do they really not harbor a tiny or even a slight love for just one person? Do they really love everyone equally as a magnanimous being?
There are many questions, contradictions, ideas that were being explored as I write this story. And I hope that the words/story would convey these thoughts to the readers.
