Working on the New Series

The series is called The Last Marine. I'm working on book 7 of 8 right now.

Here's the blurb for the series. I'll work on streamlining it later.

First Lieutenant Jae Whitlow is a MIST—Mechanized Integrated Strategic Trooper—enabled Marine doing Black Ops missions to protect the America he loves from the dangers of a world in turmoil.

When his son, Mark, is born with a congenital heart problem he agrees to have the neural implants for his MIST upgraded to become an even more valuable asset to America in order to secure the type of care his son needs. Care not covered under the basic military health insurance allotted to his family.

But the military isn’t on the up and up and instead of waking up after the surgery to install his new neural links for the MIST, Jae wakes up later. Much, much later

In a future where everything has gone to shit, he discovers the ecoterrorists he fought against as a Marine have nuked most of the major cities of the world. And if that wasn’t bad enough, a meteor has made a complete mess of what was left.

With everyone he knows, including his family, dead, Jae comes a bit unglued. What does a Marine who spent three hundred years on ice do?

He either gives up and dies…or he learns to kick ass in a world gone mad.

MariF I'm thrilled and excited about the new series. Since they are almost done, I hope there won't be a long time lapse between releases. It's hard to wait for a long time for the new book in series, sometimes you can't recall what happened in prior books and you need a re-read to catch up. Not a problem when you have plenty of spare time which not everyone has.

Author is a master of SciFi/dystopian action, his Through Neon Eyes series and Hajiri's Pet I remember most from the time I first started reading mm genre. They blew my mind and expanded my horizons. I read many others books solo or in co-authorship with Auburnimp, but these stayed in my memory and have a special place among my favorites.

Thank you for this. It does me good to hear that you've enjoyed my books.

I am getting ready to rerelease all of my old titles, including those with Auburnimp. The entire run of Dragon and Fenyx which went out of publication quite a few years back, will be coming out soon.

If you are on Facebook, look for me. You should be able to find me over there. I've been showing off new covers and discussing upcoming releases of my new and old series.
