Review: This book is perfect for teen girls. The whole family dynamics storyline mixed with what I feel to be an accurate representation of anxiety makes for an interesting read.
A light hearted book that deals with a serious topic. There is humour mixed in, and a kind-hearted, gentle romance.
More than romance, this book is about friendship, empathy, and overcoming trauma. I appreciated that the actual trauma is never fully revealed because that’s not important to how we process Audrey’s feelings and mental health.
