I googled, “Why am I so tired after I’m on my computer?” I learned being on the computer tires people out, especially someone like me with low energy. The article suggested getting up every 20 to 30 minutes and move away from the computer for a few minutes.
I settled on two 30-minute sessions in the morning, which works well for me. Of course, I thought I was the only one until I saw an interview with an author. Sorry, I don’t remember her name.
She is a lawyer and doesn’t have all day to write, therefore she sprint writes and does two 30-minute sessions a day. One might think, that’s not enough time to write a novel. If I remember my numbers correctly, she is a successful author of 63 thrillers.
I felt vindicated because I too thought an hour a day was not enough time to write, but it was the best I could do. Now that I know I’m normal, I’m good to go.
