The last week of August!

Hello, Write Edge readers! It’s the last week of August, and we’ve finally gotten a respite from the searing heat last week. During extreme summer temperatures, I often think of those of you who live in the Southwestern states. My hat off to you — I don’t know how you do it!

Finally, the Books for Maui auction brought in more than $170,000! I’m so proud that In the Heart of the Linden Wood was a (tiny) piece of this amazing effort to raise relief funds for those in dire need in Maui.
