The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer
Review: It has been many a year since I’ve read the Twilight Saga, and I didn’t even know that this short story existed. I think the appeal has worn off somewhat now I’m well into my 30’s, but needless to say, I think I’d have quite enjoyed Bree’s perspective if she had not such a ‘short’ second life.
Bree was introduced in Eclipse, book 3 of the saga, so it was a refreshing look into her life as a vamp and the whole ‘Victoria’s Revenge’ storyline. This short story is definitely that smidge darker than the saga, which I prefer, and I think if you are an avid fan of Meyer’s work, this book is worth the read.
