New book notes

I have added three more short book notes to the Appendix to the Beginning Mathematical Logic Study Guide, discussing

(3rd ed, 2010). Overall too concise — but ok on recursive functions and Gödelian incompleteness. (2nd ed, 2013) Very short first edition could make useful supplementary reading. (2016). Not  recommended.
