Midway through August…
Hello, Write Edge readers! We’re almost exactly midway through August, and here in the Midwest the kids will be going back to school this week. I can’t believe summer vacation is officially over for them!
It’s a regular full week around here, and it starts with today’s short writing. Here’s an excerpt of what I wrote for this week’s Workshop entry:
A life full of regrets that is still life still has time. Time to turn those regrets around. Time to turn them into experiences well lived.
Read the whole piece now on The Write Edge Writing Workshop!
This past week on Instagram I did my #bookreviewpreview of what I’m reviewing this Wednesday. Come back in the middle of the week to find out what I thought of The Never-Ending End of the World by Ann Christy. Check that out on The Write Edge Bookshelf!
Finally (speaking of Instagram!), on Friday I’ll share bits and pieces of my writing and non-writing life on the app. If you’ve missed previous posts, use my handle, @EktaRGarg, to find me on Insta. You can also see thumbnails here on the home page of the blog, or you could check out my Facebook author page.
Have a great week, readers!

P.S. Tell a loved one you care about them with a phone call or even a text. Life is too short not to.
