I accommodate when there’s an opening for inspirational dialogue– a motivational phrase or an encouraging word. I thrive on the trust others place in me, so I respond positively. Having said that, I cringe at specific criticisms of my work. But isn’t that the case for many individuals?

Focus on what you love to do;

Don’t be stymied by negative feedback;

You can be what you want to be.
