    She was speaking of the so-called disabled or handicapped population.  If you are an employer looking to fill a position that requires creativity and innovative skills, think of that when you interview every candidate.  Every candidate.

    Then offer the position to the person who is at least ranked very high on the creativity and innovation scales.  Regardless if the person is able-bodied or not.

    The loyalty you get back over time in the future will reward you many times over for doing nothing besides filling that position with the best candidate from the beginning.
