Boone’s band The Infinity Project had a 3-hour show on Friday at a go-kart raceway/arcade/mini-golf place. And they slaughtered it.

To fill out their set, they had to add in a bunch of new songs and only had a day or two to learn them.

Then, on the day of the show it was 100º and they played outside. So, the band parents kept them hydrated. They also had a couple of 15-minute breaks to cool off.

The best moment was, when one of the band parents went around the facility to see how they sounded in different parts of the facility, he came across groups of people moshing along as they waited in line for go-karts or the bumper boats.

I’m so proud of these guys. They really work hard and practice all of the damn time. It’s impressive.

(And, yes, they’re aware there’s a Journey tribute band in Seattle with the same name. The boys don’t care.)

In that last photo, left to right, they are:

If you want to show your support for them (or just for Boone, who a lot of you watched grow up right here on this account), the band is on Instagram, so give ‘em a follow.
