How I Get Ideas For My Books

My first book, The Ghost Convention came from my imagination. I didn't have to think of ideas or jot them down. It sort of came to me, and then I jotted it down so I wouldn't forget it.
Writing it was easy, and I had the other two books already in my mind. I knew there would be three books for the Daisy Sinclair Trilogy.

My next series, the Silver Crescent Wolves, came to me when I was asleep. I swear it!
I couldn't sleep as the story was in my head so I got up and jotted it down on a notepad, In fact, I had the first three books jotted down that night.

Once I started writing, three other storylines appeared. That's how I ended up with six books in the Silver Crescent Wolves pack.
I guess I can say it's a gift to have an idea pop into your head and then write about it.

My newest work in progress is about a Dragon shifter who falls for a human. It's my first foray into the Dragon world but I'm enjoying it.

Is it magic or having a vivid imagination that does it? I don't know.

One thing I will say is that as long as ideas pop into my head, I'll keep writing.
