Seatbelts

I’m trying to think of a new title for this spin-off project.

The difficulty I’ve been having with Sea of Hearts is the slowness of the process. I was very productive when I was painting outside, but it’s damn hot now, and I’m just not too keen on painting inside despite my continued attempts. So, the story is running faster in my head than it does on canvas, which is frustrating.

I also want to practice my drawing more. I feel pretty comfortable painting now, but I’m still very hesitant and insecure about actually drawing figures.

This universe I’ve created is just such a fun playground for me, and I can pretty much throw anything into it. So, I’m trying to explore it from different angles.
