Three Principles for Spiritual Leaders

Too often, pastors and mission leaders try to find shortcuts to spiritual leadership, usually to their own detriment and to the detriment of others.

Jesus’ life, example, and words in John 7 show us three important foundational principles for pastors and spiritual leaders:
