No, I didn’t know they were going to kill Kay and I thought it was a terrible idea. I tried to get them to change their minds, as Kay was Female Fury from Apokalips and not TECHNICALLY a New God. But it wasn’t my book anymore. I still think it was a bad idea.

It’s not the writer’s fault, Tony did a great job but the idea was thrust upon him. It sucks, because he wrote an amazing Knockout.
