Does Yellen Make Any Sense On Trade Policy With China?

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen warned this week against "decoupling" U.S. trade with China. There's an old saying that if goods don't cross borders, armies will. It should be obvious to everyone that cutting trade with China would be disastrous, and war with nuclear China would be catastrophic.
