In 1988, a poodle fell off a 13th floor balcony in Buenos Aires, killing a 75 year old female pedestrian below. A 46 year old onlooker to the incident was fatally struck by a bus. Then, a man who witnessed both accidents died of a heart attack. pic.twitter.com/8oA9zSGqpi
