Do Good to Those Who Hate Us – Luke 6:27

Do we hear some commands in scripture through a filter?

“But I say to you who listen: Love your enemies, do what is good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.” Luke 6:27-28 CSB

I confess I don’t love the people who want to change the way I live and the things that are accepted as lawful in my country and city.
