Day 3,498: Four Poster

Sleeping tonight in a four-post bed complete with canopy. I think that’s a first. This place is INSANE. It used to be an Abbey. Now it’s a hotel. It’s hundreds of years old. Wild. The grounds here are INCREDIBLE. Just insanely gorgeous, nestled up against the base of these hills, surrounded by forest, a pod, expansive lawn with wild daisies growing in it, a resident cat, running stream…nuts. Beyond nuts.
