Breaking Up Is Hard to Do

I’ve been taking a break from writing since I recently broke off a long-term relationship, and writing romance when you’re not feeling romantic is harder than it seems! Nevertheless, I’m back on top and getting ready to publish a bunch more books, including my new series The Angel and His Demon. Look for it soon!

On a lighter note, I won an honorable mention on Smart Bitches,Trashy Books for their nipple description contest. That’s right, a nipple description contest. Here was my entry:

“Her breasts were the kind of rocket tits that appeared during Cold War Playboy spreads, the smooth lines of skin tapering down to nuclear pink tips. His tongue wandered over into the demilitarized dark zone of her areola, skimming lightly over the tiny raised bumps as though trying to work his way through a particularly hazardous minefield.”

I gotta say, I did enjoy the winning description:

“Her nipples beckoned him like elevator buttons. He pressed one to go down…”
