A funeral was held Friday for Jordan Neely, a 30-year-old Black man who died when he was placed in a chokehold on a New York City subway. The suspect, a 24-year-old Marine veteran, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in Neely’s death. Shanelle Kaul has more.
