Samson is a young man, barely out of his teens and still inexperienced. He is, however, not only an expert with his sling - he reads weather as if he is a sorcerer. Summoned to the Great Forest along with three others (Kisha, Cristi, Mordan), Samson wonders if he belongs among the powerful gathering to save Valaris.
