Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis and Ryan Garcia finally meet on Saturday night in one of the biggest fights of the year.

Both boxers are in their prime, have excellent knockout ratios and are undefeated, making the Las Vegas fight a tantalizing matchup.

Davis and Garcia have 45 knockouts between them in their 51 fights

Davis has the advantage in experience, having previously won world titles in the super featherweight division, and he has knocked out all but two opponents he has faced.

But, Garcia is significantly taller, he’s known for his lightning-fast hands, and he packs a punch, too.

It has all the makings of a classic, with pride, unbeaten records and the whole purse at stake.

Going into the fight, Davis is the bookies favorite, but most fighters, trainers and promoters have this one much closer.

“Both are great fighters and if they do well at what they do I think it will come down to who has the most on the night,” Bellew wrote in his column for DAZN.

“To me, this man is Davis and it’s just because he has so much power and I think he’s going to land a huge blow at some point in the fight.

“Garcia will start fast, and I expect him to be up front when the fight goes into the final rounds, but Davis will be patient and when he finds Garcia’s target, I think that will be enough to end a fight. memorable encounter.. I can’t wait.

“If he gets to that point without too much damage, he can get to Garcia, so it’s a go-to fight.”

Joyce is known to have one of the best chins in boxing and Garcia will need a good chin if he is to pass Tank.

Having fought both men in the past, Haney has additional insight into this fight and he predicted in an interview with iD Boxing: “Ryan has the height, the speed, the length and all that, but Tank has that IQ, that experience and this power. .

“The safe bet is Tank but you can’t sleep on Ryan, he can definitely punch, he’s shown that so we have to see.”

Khan warned Garcia to avoid power punches from Davis, as he told Fight Hub TV: “Ryan Garcia has to keep it long.
