Time & Value...

A person's achievements are considered rare or unique based on the year or era in which they were achieved.

But as time goes, those same achievements become common and won't hold the same value they did before.

In this regard, timing determines the worth of one's efforts. And, as far as we know, almost all timing is based on luck.
