 Uganda Votes on Harsh Anti-Gay Bill

Uganda will vote on an anti-gay bill which will focus on new penalties for anyone having same sex relations. If this law passes it will also mean that anyone caught having gay sex, or anyone who admits openly to being gay, will serve 10 years in prison.

The President last week called gay men deviants. 

"Homosexuals are deviations from normal. Why? Is it by nature or nurture? We need to answer these questions," the 78-year-old said.
